Renault confirm OGX and Gillette sponsors

Sep.7 (PVM) Renault F1 team have announced the advent of two new sponsors – OGX and Gillette -  whose branding appeared on the black and gold cars at Spa-Francorchamps for the first time.

YallaF1.com highlighted and reported the appearance of the new sponsors in a feature last week, in the wake of Bruno senna being promoted by the team to race driver at the expense of axed veteran Nick Heidfeld.

Additionally the team announced partnerships with Brazil’s telecoms giant Embratel and the Auden McKenzie Group.

Renault announced the following deals on their website:

Gillette and Lotus Renault GP – shaving seconds off

Leading safety razor and personal care product brand Gillette has today concluded a partnership with Lotus Renault GP until the end of the 2011 Formula 1 season. From this weekend at the Autodromo Nazionale Monza, the Gillette logo will be visible on the front wing flaps of the team’s two R31 cars as they take to the grid. The famous brand name will also appear on the side chin area of both drivers’ helmet and on the throat position of the drivers’ overalls.

OGX and Lotus Renault GP – a slick operation

OGX and Lotus Renault GP have announced a partnership until the end of the 2011 Formula 1 season. Through its involvement with the team, the OGX brand name will feature prominently on the chassis in front of the cockpit on both R31 cars, in addition to Bruno Senna’s helmet and racing overalls.

Embratel and Lotus Renault GP – a good call

Lotus Renault GP announced today that it has joined forces with Brazilian telecommunications giant Embratel until the end of the 2011 Formula 1 season. Starting at the Italian Grand Prix in Monza, Embratel’s logo will be clearly visible on the rear sidepod of both R31 cars. It will also be on display on the side of Bruno’s striking green, yellow and blue helmet, on the chest of his driver overalls and on his cap.

The Auden McKenzie Group and Lotus Renault GP – in good health

Auden McKenzie, a pharmaceutical group which owns and operates different three companies, has signed a partnership with Lotus Renault GP until the end of the 2011 Formula 1 season. The Auden McKenzie brand name will feature prominently on the keel of both R31 car liveries from this weekend in Monza, in addition to both Lotus Renault GP physios’ shirts.
