Civil war brewing between Marussia drivers

30 July, 2012

(L to R): Timo Glock (GER) Marussia F1 Team and Charles Pic (FRA) Marussia F1 Team. Formula One World Championship, Rd4, Bahrain Grand Prix Practice, Bahrain International Circuit, Sakhir, Bahrain, Friday 20 April 2012.Jul.30 (GMM) A feud is brewing at the back of the grid where Marussia’s driver duo Timo Glock and Charles Pic are not getting along, according to reports by the SID news agency.

The report said that rookie Frenchman Pic, who outqualified and outraced his team leader in Hungary, held up Glock in qualifying.

“Maybe he doesn’t understand the English on the radio,” an angry Glock was quoted as telling reporters after alleging that he had been blocked by Pic.

Glock, 30, said he has no intention of sitting down to discuss the issue with Pic.

“It’s pointless,” he insisted. “It is happening for the second or third time and so it’s up to the team to solve it.”

Crybaby Timo. Wake up and smell the coffee. You’re not that special because you had a few good moments with a winning Toyota car. Kick his ass Charles!
