Infiniti deal worth about $20-million to Red Bull
26 November, 2012
Nov.26 (GMM) Red Bull’s recently announced title sponsorship deal with Infiniti for 2013 and beyond is worth an additional $ 20-million per year, according to the German magazine Sport Bild.
Just before Sebastian Vettel won his third consecutive drivers’ title on Sunday, the reigning champions had announced in Brazil that they will be called Infiniti Red Bull Racing from 2013, in deference to Nissan’s luxury car brand.
“The budget will increase,” is all that Dr Helmut Marko would confirm.
Despite the closer partnership with Nissan and Infiniti, however, Red Bull’s Renault engines will not be rebranded.

@Bassie hey mate, just wondering what car do you drive ?
Last time I looked, Nissan was owned by Renault, so they could easily rebadge their engine in the Red Bull as an “Infiniti” if they wanted to. We’d all know the truth but the marketing wallahs don’t care about that.
aah rebadged Nissan.. not Mazda … well anyway, ..it remains a heap of plastic junk from rice-country xD
